Meet our team
Holly Peyton-Smith has had a keen interest in health since an early age. Having overcome her own allergies, she is especially interested in the connection between food and environmental allergens and sensitivity reactions, which brought her to Health & Wellness Australia in early 2013.
She enjoys seeing great results with her clients performing Positive Association Technique (PAT), as well as incorporating a good diet and lifestyle habits which play an important role in our overall state of health and wellbeing in Naturopathic Consultations.

Emily Sarkies joined the HWA team in early 2016, to ultise and further her skills in kinesiology and Naturopathy, by performing Positive Association Technique (PAT) after seeing so many of her clients battling with allergy symptoms. She has been practicing as a Naturopath in Melbourne since 2010, while working along side many allied health practitioners, in the areas of herbalism, kinesiology and homeopathy, which contributes to her well-rounded approach in Naturopathic Consultations.
