We understand that the nature of the health & consulting industry is changing. We know you’re looking for increased flexibility, more autonomy over your practice and to be part of a multi-disciplinary community that you can learn from and collaborate with.

Our rooms

Room #1

With three individual chairs, this room offers the flexibility for one-on-one counseling, couples counseling and the option to set up a massage table for manual therapies.

Room #2

With a large, comfortable couch and separate chair for the therapist, this room is perfect for one-on-one counseling and couples counseling.

Pricing

The variety of payment options for our consulting room rental means you can grow your business at your own pace. Use our rooms hourly or in shifts.

We rent the room casually for $31.50 per hour (or $47.25 for 1.5 hours) (including GST) where you book and pay as you go using our online booking system.

Otherwise we offer permanent room rental options over 3 shifts per day, at $57.75 per shift (including GST):

Morning 8am-12pm

Afternoon 12pm-4pm

Evening 4pm-8pm

We invoice permanent consulting room rental monthly, with no lock-in contracts.

Location

We are located in the North Sydney CBD, just a 5 minute walk from North Sydney station.

We have staff parking available for rent, or plenty of metered street parking in surrounding streets.

I have undergone 3 PAT treatments so far due to over sensitivity to different food substances . I was pleasantly surprised to see how a simple and quick technique like this can bring about relief within 24 hours. I feel my body is much more stronger and able to take herbs and other food , which had triggered gut related symptoms and flare ups earlier. I took my 10yo son who has suffered from eczema for three visits to address allergens (each visit targeted a different type) over three weeks, and we have definitely seen an improvement. It's not completely clear, however it's an improvement. We were actually referred by a friend who had lifelong issue with gluten and dairy, only to be completely fixed and able to enjoy without side effects. Amy is professional and has a lovely bedside manner - I would definitely recommend giving it a go. As she says it doesn't work for everyone, but we were tired of steroid creams and were grateful for a natural approach.read more

I cannot recommend HWA enough. I suffered for years with allergy related hay fever, chronic asthma and persistent sinus issues. Visiting doctors just lead to more and more steroids being prescribed. After visiting Health & Wellness Aust I am happy to say I no longer suffer with hay fever or sinus issues at all, ever. My asthma is so good now that I no longer need my preventer and only ever need ventolin in extreme cases such as bushfire smoke being in the air. Unfortunately this did not work for me. But most annoying was the no acknowledgement that it hadn't worked and was likely not going to however many sessions I had. The attitude was,, come back and pay for more sessions that might do the trick. I found my experience was met with arrogance and fake niceties but no real solutions. An acceptable solution would be, 'here's your money back for results not delivered as expected', plus an apology for time wasted.read more

I was a patient here years ago and came for many treatments. My reasons for deciding to give a rating of only 4 stars instead of 5 were as follows; Sometimes I was used for training and possibly even research and other purposes, even if I was given a slight discount to cover this. Sometimes I was treated by a trainee therapist, perhaps an accupuncture or naturopathy student. These student therapists sometimes told me things about themselves such as that they did not have much money at all which was unexpected. Sometimes there were two people in the room or even far too many staff at a time. Later it seemed they wanted me to pose for photographs in the treatment room for their usage, and this was a long time ago but it seemed like they wanted me to pose as if I was being a therapist, when I was not, being asked to hold the device, but this was not really explained to me at all. Eventually some of the students or researchers or whoever they were began asking me too many personal questions about money and my life etc. They tried telling me I could not use this as my only health treatment modality and they would not continue treating me without other forms of health care and wanted me to go somewhere else, which I did, but then never came back here again. I do not even know who this woman really was but doubt she was even qualified or allowed to tell me this. Also sometimes the treatments didn't 'hold' so the same ones needed to be repeated / retreated, possibly always after coming for a new treatment for a different allergy it was as if it canceled something else from previously. It seemed to get worse as they used the students to treat me instead of the original people I was seeing initially. At the start I was feeling so positive, my skin was so clear and I was strong mentally and emotionally, but less so by the end. I think some of the things said by that one woman in particular were detrimental to me.read more

I love this place and the work they do. For me, in being sensitive, I could feel the benefits as the process unfolded and the protocols for clearing took place. It's amazing how so many subtle and intersecting intolerances and sensitivities can wreak havoc and impact the quality of your life. Unless you have had food intolerances you just wouldn't understand and the funny thing is that many of us feel sub-par and have hidden sensitivities that can be triggering all sorts of issues. Rose was amazing! She showed great knowledge, understanding and care. The testing was so accurate, and confirmed and uncovered several intolerances to be addressed. The treatment for the first group of intolerances seems to be helping already and I'm booked in for the second group!read more

My experience at Health and Wellness has always been positive. I suffer from serious outbreaks of skin irritation from time to time. A single visit to Health and Wellnesss, where I am tested to see what it is that I am sensitive to, and I am put right for at least 12 months. The cost is negligible and this is not the sort of solution that the average GP can come up with. This type of solution is ideal for those with busy lives and saves all the hassle and heartache of something like elimination dieting to try and ascertain the cause of ones illness! So if you are just feeling generally unwell and can't ascertain the cause I would strongly recommend a visit to your nearest Health and Wellness clinic!read more
